[ INDOOR CLASS POLICY ]

 [ HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY ]  Please read carefully and accept the policy to register for indoor classes.

 

* YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY ARE OUR NUMBER ONE PRIOTY. PLEASE READ OUR INDOOR CLASS POLICY BELOW BEFORE REGISTERING.

 

 

 Before Registering ;

1)WEARING A MASK IS OPTIONAL IN INDOOR CLASSES.

Our classroom activities include singing, which is a big part of making music but also it can spread aerosols more than speaking or breathing. And with young children in classes, we find it safer, though might be less convenient, to keep the masks on for the time being.

 

2)PREVIEW CLASS IS AVAILABLE FOR $30 ($35 @Sunnyside location)

Preview class is offered to families who are new to Kids Music Together for the grownups to get a sense of our programs or to families who had done the program with older child before but want to see what is new. It is a one time offer at $30 at all location except Sunnyside class location($35 for Sunnyside location) and when you decide to register after preview class, the preview class fee will be deducted from the registration fee. 

Please reserve a seat for 'Preview Class' on the web site under 'Classes' menu and send $30(or $35 for Sunnyside) to [email protected] via Venmo/Zelle/PayPal. You will be notified with confirmation along with any other information about first class. Please contact the office at 646-250-1177 or [email protected] for any questions.

 

 

 On the Day of Class ;
1)Please do a self-assessment to make sure you or your child or anyone in your household does not have any known symptoms of COVID-19, and stay home if you're not sure.

 

2)Now instruments for small movements will be provided with classroom props(egg shakers, sticks, jingle bells, resonator bells, balls) that are cleaned with disinfectant. Families are welcome to bring their own props instead of using classroom props, if they prefer. The details will be announced in the email after your registration is received.

 

3)We encourage you to wash your hands before and after class or use hand sanitizer by all means.

 

 Throughout the Semester ;

1)FEELING UNDER THE WEATHER? 

If you or anyone in your household is not feeling well, please ALL STAY HOME and schedule a makeup class on the website. INDOOR CLASS ENROLLEES can schedule up to 3 makeup classes indoor or Zoom within the semester.

 

2)If there is inclement weather, the indoor class will meet on Zoom that day. 

On a day of forecast inclement weather, you will be notified by 8am whether the indoor class will run or not. If the class is cancelled, you will receive a zoom link via email for the same day and same time for the makeup class. 

Please look out for an email or check the web site or our social media (facebook page, Instagram and Twitter). 

There will be no credits or refunds made for classes moving to Zoom due to inclement weather.

 

3)If there is an outbreak of the Pandemic and the health officials recommend cancelling activities, the remaining  classes will meet on Zoom. There will be no credits or refunds made for the outdoor classes moving to Zoom as a result of the Pandemic.
